We manage the system installation, service and maintenance, as well as tuition to the user, carer and family on how to maximise the benefits of the system.
In addition we leave clear instruction on how to request a service visit, and what to do if urgent support is needed.
Additional tuition and modifications to the system configuration to meet the changing requirements of our users are all included within the service visits we provide.
